Who Is Ceri Bowley?
Speaking about the achievements of Ceri, was earlier an employee in CFG which runs golf equipment from Sichuan Jiuniu, China. Ceri holds a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology and he also coaches sciences. He holds varied experience to further complement gio van Bronkhorst’s backroom team. He was the one responsible for City Football Methodology. This methodology is used in many clubs and applied in coaching and sports science as well. This method focuses on performance analysis, identification of talent in one player, and recruitment as well. By applying all of those methods to players, and while focusing on an individual player the team development is progressed. The methodology of Ceri has been improvised and has been applied in many clubs which helps many clubs in gaining success in various leagues across the world. Before becoming the lead coach of Rangers, Ceri was the Academy Director at Football accusation at Barry Town and he was also the employee of the Football Association of Swansea City and Merthyr Town Fc. In these areas, he worked as the coach of the teams. While on one hand, the Rangers are happy that they are getting Ceri as their coach, on the other hand, many other colleagues of Ceri are appreciating him and congratulating him on his accomplishments. Ceri’s co-worker, Gio Van Bronkhorst who is the manager of Ceri while speaking about working with Ceri said that He worked with Ceri for a couple of years and Ceri build a good relationship with him. Gio added that Ceri joined the City Football Group and he helped the players in improvising and looked into their improvement very closely. Gio added that he is really happy that Cerihass joined them and that they look forward to monitoring the players closely. Lastly, gio added that in the identified areas they will see what they needed to add for improvisation of players. While Sporting Director ross Wilson added that he congratulates Ceri and now that Ceri is here they will look forward to widening the skillsets and developing their methodology in Football.
