What Happened To Matthew Sumpter?
Sumpter, who was also known by his stage name P-Money, was killed when another man opened fire on him and his crew outside a gas station in Gurnee, Illinois on Friday. So, after all this. What the hell happened to Matthew Sumpter (other than being shot dead)? It seems that if we want to find out, we’re going to have to do some digging. It doesn’t look like the police are giving up any information about what could’ve led Pj Glizzy to shoot him in a moving vehicle. We’ll leave it at that. Nevertheless, at this point, we must respectfully acknowledge that it is still unclear what the outcome of these investigations will be.

We deeply appreciate Mr. Sumpter’s work, which has brought him a great deal of acclaim and personal satisfaction—as well as his involvement in our organization when Pj Glizzy was arrested. After reading the story of Matthew Sumpter’s death, I just want to say RIP. I hope he is in a better place now, and that his family finds peace in knowing that he is in a better place now. Hopefully, Sumpter’s death can bring awareness to the insane beef in Hip Hop and get some artists to think twice before they put someone else’s life on the line over something as trivial as a girl. But only time will tell if anything will change. After thinking through the evidence, it seems clear to me that Sumpter accidentally shot himself, meaning that he likely didn’t pull the trigger on purpose. But perhaps the bigger question is, why is this even up for debate? Why are so many people willing to believe a rumor instead of the truth?
